Cranberry Apple Coleslaw! That’s right! Quick and Easy Cranberry Apple Coleslaw is the no hassle cool and creamy companion to take to all your summer BBQs. It is made with coleslaw mix, coleslaw dressing (buy pre-made or make your own using mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, black pepper),  crunchy sliced apples, delicious dried cranberries, and just a sprinkle of scallions.

Quinoa is gluten-free, high in protein and one of the few plant foods that contain sufficient amounts of all nine essential amino acids. It is also high in fiber, magnesium, B vitamins, iron, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, vitamin E and various beneficial antioxidants.  All you need to make this a meal is 1 cup dried cranberries,  1 cup broccoli florets, steamed. 2 tbsp chopped green onion, 1 cup walnut and 2 tbsp of olive oil.
