Serves 4 (as a side)

Ingredients:

  • 1 8-8.5 oz. package 90 second Quinoa, cooked
  • 1 cup Decas Farms dried cranberries
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onion
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped

Dressing:

  • 4 Tbsps fresh orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • salt & pepper 

Preparation:

  1. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, quinoa, cranberries, green onion, and walnuts.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk orange juice, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  3. Drizzle as much dressing into salad bowl as desired, toss to combine.
