Ingredients

For Smoothie:

  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen cranberries
  • 1 scoop (22 grams) protein powder of your choice(optional)

For Toppings:

  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • 1 scoop of sun butter or nut butter!

Preperations:

  • Mix smoothie ingredients into blender, pour preferred amount into bowl.
  • Add toppings one by one on top of smoothie. add/change any ingredients to suite your preference!
